Shipping Policy

We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. Orders are generally dispatched 48 hours of the order being placed through reputed courier partners. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping information and pin code. Orders will be delivered anywhere between 2-9 days after we ship your order depending on your location. We charge shipping fees as below:

- We offer free delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹499
- Prepaid orders below ₹499 will be charged ₹50 for shipping
- All COD orders will be charged ₹60 for shipping irrespective of order value
- For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of COD orders) shipping costs will be charged for both to & fro at actuals . For pre-paid orders, cancellations post dispatch will not be eligible for refund.

Please note that orders will not be shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

Return Policy

We, at Local Sparrow, work with our parters to bring to you the highest quality products and hope you are as stoked about our spices and oils as much as we are.If you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase, please email us at within 5 days of receiving the order and we will refund it. Please note that we provide refunds only for unopened, unused items. We do not accept returns of any used or opened items because of our food safety and hygiene practices. Please include your order number, the items you wish you return and the reason for your return (only for our records) in your email. Once we receive your email, we will send your instructions on how and where to send the items. You are responsible for the shipping charges of returning the items to us.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the same condition that you received it in and in their original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received your return and approved the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too, so it may take a few days for it to be reflected in your bank account or card statement.
