Local Sparrow Super Podi is a range of traditional Indian dry chutney powders — roasted lentils, spices and a hero ingredient in every blend, freshly ground in small batches. No preservatives, no artificial colours or flavours.
Six blends are on their way:
- Moringa Super Podi — savoury and nutty, made with real moringa leaves
- Curry Leaf Super Podi — fragrant and roasted, the classic karuveppilai podi
- Tamarind Leaf Super Podi — mildly tangy, from tender tamarind leaves
- Flaxseeds Super Podi — earthy and nutty, an easy way to eat ground flaxseed
- Black Sesame Seeds Super Podi — deeply roasted and rich
- Idli Dosa Podi — the everyday South Indian classic
Mix with ghee or sesame oil for rice, idli and dosa, or sprinkle over curd rice, salads, eggs, khichdi — even popcorn.
