If you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order and we will refund it. Please note that we provide refunds only for unopened, unused items. We do not accept returns of any used or opened items because of our food safety and hygiene practices. Please include your order number, the items you wish you return and the reason for your return (only for our records) in your email. Once we receive your email, we will send your instructions on how and where to send the items. You are responsible for the shipping charges of returning the items to us. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the same condition that you received it in and in their original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received your return and approved the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too, so it may take a few days for it to be reflected in your bank account or card statement.
