Kesar elaichi

This pack contains one gram jar of Kashmir Kesar and one jar of 75 grams of Alleppey Green Cardamom.

Local Sparrow's Kashmir Kesar comes straight from our partner farm in Pampore, Kashmir where it is organically grown. It is season's freshest harvest, chemical and color free. Our Alleppey green cardamom is grown in the western ghats of Kerala and is additive free, season's fresh harvest and super flavourful and fragrant.

Apart from lending such fabulous flavour and aroma to your sweets, kesar and elaichi are known for the goodness and wealth of nutrition they carry.
Loaded in micronutrients, both have distinct benefits when consumed wisely. Kesar is known to enhance mood, make you feel better, great for hormonal health and PMS symptoms. Cardamom is known to work great for bad breath and cavities along with helping with antioxidant properties!

Use it generously in your chai or doodh masala or desserts and mithais or use them in your savoury dishes like pulao and elevate the flavour.
